College students organized a protest in response to their university’s nomination of a sole finalist for president of the school. The University of Florida announced on October 6 that Senator Ben Sasse, R-Neb, was unanimously nominated to be the only contender to serve as the 13th president of the public institution.
If those snowflakes are so offended and microagressed than they should transfer to some left-wing school like Evergreen State or Oberlin
Sasse started as at Midland Lutheran College (now Midland University), he was very successful there before going into politics.

Would it help them to know that during Sasse’s tenure as proctor of the Congressional page program in the late 1990s a number of teen aged Congressional pages were sexually abused by House members?

While I agree with you, these nutjobs do understand how they wheedle, intimidate and leverage their minority thoughts to undeserved influence toward who gets hired.
It’s happened at almost every corporate human resource office to skew the shareholder interest of having the best qualified, most meritorious applicants to the perverse interests of dozens of greedy, virtue signaling, government mandate conforming, underperforming special interests that will only increasingly weaken the corporation.
