Russia claims it has the evidence, so it should immediately release that to the public, or at the very least before the proper UN authority, and let it be disseminated from there. It would be a major coup for Russia and would harm Ukraine’s standing and credibility. If Russia DOES NOT release that evidence, then it is logical to conclude that Russia made it all up, and if there is such a dirty bomb detonation it would be Russia’s doing.
Don’t see why Ukraine would likely use a “dirty bomb” when things are going their way, it seems.
