The pic on the left is from slightly below, the one on the right from slightly above. His right incisor projects forward so that is why it appears to be higher in the left pic and lower in the right.

His lowers are a dead match.

Author specifically says that the comparison pics are 10 years apart….and, that the guy could’ve had HIS CROOKED TOOTH repaired, in that time.

He goes on to say that the bottom crooked teeth still match (which, they certainly do).
