Where did you get that horrible scenario from?
I’m not saying it could not happen, but when you describe gangs openly assaulting and raping in front of passive officers, that sounds nightmarish.
That’s worse than the movie Clockwork Orange x 2.
Go take a good long look at one of the videos coming out of NYC where the cops have been attacked.

There are videos of a man getting mugged and the police stood by. Mailmen getting their mail carts stolen.
In Chicago..just yesterday or today, they had the talk over a scanner of the HQ cops telling officers to stand down when a gang of thugs were in the midst of a shoot out in that city.
Imagine your drug cartel’s loosely affiliated turf-protecting delivery gangs. Add in generic city street thug gangs feeling more emboldened with each criminal act(s) they committ and little is said, much less done. Plus, random thieves, muggers, carjackers, armed robbers, rapists, psychopaths...how are the hand-cuffed-by-the-mayor police going to deal with such mayhem?
If they take a perp down, the media want to arrest them!
I feel fortunate to live on the outskirts of a medium-sized city in N. Alabama where the Democrat criminal madness has not arrived. Yet. (Huntsville)
