A federal judge declined to hold Trump in contempt over classified documents seized from Mar-a-Lago.
Joe Biden’s corrupt Justice Department asked a federal judge to hold President Trump’s team in contempt for ‘failing to comply with a subpoena’ related to the Mar-a-Lago documents.
The Justice Department in May issued Trump a subpoena to return so-called classified records stored at Mar-a-Lago.
The DOJ asked US District Judge Beryl Howell, an Obama appointee, to hold Trump’s office in contempt for failing to return all documents.
Judge Howell refused to hold Trump in contempt and told the lawyers to hash out their dispute themselves.

Coz it’s not “Trump” but his legal team and they’ve been trying to find any other docs.
That Judge probably hated to issue this decision. He had to drink a whole bottle of pink pepto to quiet his stomach back down.
“Don’t do this to me again. Don’t make me sit here and declare thee Donald Trump ‘innocent’ ever again. This is a lousy case and you know it! Now I have a target on my back!”
Schiff is gravely concerned. Must be Russian Collusion (tm).
Makes me wonder if they knowingly planted some "classified" documents within the hundreds of boxes of materials they knew would be retained by Trump? How is it they are certain some are missing? Did they pursue with the same zeal the millions of documents Obama kept for his library? Yeah...I didn't think so either.

She will be accused of betraying the Sisterhood by Friends of Jane.
They aren’t wanting other documents. They hauled away their truckload. They provided Trump with a list of what they took and want him to certify that this was all he had and was all he declassified. When he does so, they will “find” a document he didn’t list then pretend he had classified information.
They wanted to compel him to testify against his interests. The Judge understood that was going to never stand. A first year law student knows that.
The Obama appointed judge didn’t want the president set for having to return previously classified docs.....because Bambi has thousands more than Trump....
It must have, especially when I saw the Judge that actually declined. Makes me wonder what she really has up her sleeve.

I think the judges see the writing on the wall. The supremes will throw this out eventually, twitter is showing who conspired to deny trump his civil rights, and the sounds of shredders at the FBI and DOJ are the new muzak in the buildings. I hope they have closed door hearings with Wray and Garland, then leak all of the testimony, just like Adam Schiff did. And don’t forget investigating McConnell and his misuse of PAC money.
Maybe the judge recognizes BS for what it is. “Classified” doesn’t mean anything. “Classified” is not a classification. Writing “Clasified” on a document might be more of a question, IE, what the bleep should it be?
