Not by itself. However, if granted, it destroys the false narrative that the courts actually decided the 2020 election fraud claims. It would mean that as a legal matter, it was Congress' duty to investigate, and it completely failed that legal obligation. The Jan. 6, 2021 electoral vote count could be invalidated by the court, or the state legislatures could invoke the Tenth Amendment to revoke the certifications by their state's executive officers of the 2020 election in that state. Essentially, because no one acted on the massive evidence of election fraud in 2020, the issue of the legitimacy of that election remains unresolved. Lastly, the writ of quo warranto, requested by a person or state with "standing" could result in the Speaker of the House becoming POTUS.
