I thought Brunson was written specifically to avoid any mention of turning over 2020, but everything to do with the failure of Congress to uphold their oaths of office in that over a hundred of them did NOT allow an investigation into the election, thus making them no longer able to serve?

I’ll have to go back and read it again.

Watch them overturn it right before the next election. Then they’ll tell Trump “sorry, you had your 8 already”

Not to burst your bubble, but no, it won’t ever overturn the Biden election. Cause in that case, the POTUS is elected by the ELECTORAL COLLEGE, and quite frankly, it appears as though the States can elect their delegates as they please. And those delegates are not bound by the Constitution to vote as their popular vote dictated.

HAVING SAID THAT —

SCOTUS might in fact have a bunch of findings of fact that might destroy a few swamp creatures. The SCOTUS hates it when the balance of power shifts too much to the Executive or Legislative, and believe me, the would really hate it to find out that some inside cabal had as much (or more) than any of the three.

Eight years of 0bama not eligible to be president came to nothing.
This too will come to nothing. Case will be dismissed by some excuse or another.

If the slate of electors that were picked were based on fraud, then the "states" should be able to get the courts to invalidate the elector's votes.

I doubt they'll do that, but it doesn't mean that they constitutionally can't.

I don't know enough to say it can't happen. And I'm not a negative pessimist like too many beaten-down unhopeful FR posters.

We will win. It is taking longer than imagined, and we don't know completely how, but we will win.

If you want to know the rationale of the case and likely outcomes, do a search for Brunson on Rumble. There are people who actually understand the case discussing it.

Well, if you've been reading FR for 20+ years, you learn a few things. The first thing you learn is that the GOP is extremely adept at snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, and literally nothing else. The 2nd thing you learn is that voting does no good. Either we lose, or we get more McConnel or McCarthy and when principled reps stand firm, we suddenly call for them to "get in line". The 3rd thing you learn is that until the election system returns to paper ballots, no election will be safe. They are rigged for the left, plain & simple.

No, there will be no winning for our side. The only winning we will experience is the day that evil is put to rest for eternity. Then and only then will we win.
