But this is a great summary.

One thing he misses: racial preferences do not advance the intent of the 14 th amendment, but rather the opposit, by creating privileged classes of all people except Caucasians. In fact, even illegal aliens automatically are bestowed more rights if they fit into one of the Protected Class categories, which virtually all of them do.

Good post, but I have never understood the obsession with the 17th Amendment, unless it means that more Democrats become Senators.
