In a deliberate and calculated move, Illinois Democrats are taking advantage of their supermajority grip in the legislature and have introduced legislation to create and expand the rights of illegal aliens who reside in Illinois.
The Noncitizens Rights Act, which was introduced last Tuesday by Democrat State Sen. Rachel Ventura, is loaded with legislative language that protects illegal immigrants, including restricting law enforcement or an agency from inquiring about a person’s immigration status if they are working with a government agency and would require law enforcement and government offices to post signs that a person will not be asked about their immigration status, among other things.
The Act also “sets forth requirements for the removal of files maintained by agencies when such files contain information regarding citizenship or immigration status.”

Desperate, elite Illinois Democrats are effectively trying to make undocumented Democratic voters a protected / privileged class (imo) to win their illegal votes to keep Democrats in power.
But not only does the Constitution prohibit the states from establishing privileged / protected classes, it also guarantees each state a republican form of government which will be compromised if illegals effectively have special immunities imo.

At this point in time, the question is if so-called "MAGA" House majority Republicans will be the first federal lawmakers to ever do their constitutionally enumerated duty to guarantee each state a peacetime republican form of government.
Patriots, the bottom line is this. What is your threshold of “pain” for peacefully stopping unconstitutionally big state and federal governments?

All MAGA patriots need to wake up their RINO federal and state lawmakers by making the following clear to them.
If they don’t publicly support either a resolution, or a Constitutional Convention, to effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government by amending the Constitution to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A), doing so before the primary elections in 2024, that YOU will primary them.
If the proposed amendment was limited strictly to repealing 16&17A, relatively little or ideally no discussion would be needed before ratification of the amendment imo.
With 16&17A out of the way, my hope is that Trump 47 becomes the FIRST president of a truly constitutionally limited power federal government.
In the meanwhile, I'm not holding my breath for significant MAGA legislation to appear in the first 100 days of new term for what may still prove to be another RINO-controlled House.
Trump will hopefully do another round of primarying RINOs for 2024 elections.
Wrong l have seen him condemn Soros influence numerous times. As for the former point his first priority was to stop the invasion first which he was well on his way to doing

I’m a US citizens, born and raised. I’m a US military veteran. I pay my taxes and play by the rules, and always have. I want to know what laws I can break, and by breaking not only will I NOT be punished, but will be rewarded, as well.

Dems Control every State Office in Illinois and hold a Super Majority in the Legislature - they can do anything they want - there is no way to stop them.

Since another freeper was appropriately concerned that Democrats are probably seeking the illegal votes of undocumented Democrats to keep Democrats in power, also consider the following material if you haven't already seen it.
The congressional record shows that post-Civil War lawmakers were concerned that states that allow illegal aliens to vote effectively wrongly nullify the Constitution's "Uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause.".
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 4: To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization [emphasis added], and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;"
" If the States can admit to the elective franchise those who are not citizens, thereby neutralizing the votes of citizens, not only the Federal power of naturalization becomes a nullity, but" * * * * "a minority of citizens by the aid of aliens may control the government of the States, and through the States the government of the Union [emphases added]." —Appendix to the Congressional Globe, 1868. If this were a better world, Illinois Democratic lawmwakers would arguably lose their offices under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for open rebellion against the voting power of Illinois citizens.
