The phrase "white flight" is a thing for a reason. Blacks, despite claiming to hate whites, follow them wherever they go, whereupon whites flee. It seldom if ever happens the other way around.
I call it “Productive Flight”, anyone with means will move. It has nothing to do with skin color.
