As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier on Monday, Joe Biden was the keynote speaker at the 2023 International Association of Fire Fighters Legislative Conference.
As usual, Biden’s remarks were filled with blunders and bizarre statements.
One of the most eyebrow-raising things Biden said was when he told the crowd of firefighters that when he had terrible headaches doctors ‘had to take the top of his head off a couple of times to see if he had a brain.’

I think Biden had an electroencephalogram (EEG) and it was determined there was no activity or maybe like in the 2nd Hannibal Lector movie when Julianne Moore played Agent Starling, Lector cut the top part of Ray Liotta’s skull off and ate part of his brain.

Yes, in Feb of 1988, doctors had to remove part of your headbone after you had two brain aneurysms. Poor Joe.
No, they were not in search of (functioning) brain material.
The surgeons already knew you are somehow able to function with only 10% of the the brain organ present. Remarkable.
