Patrick Rooney, host of "DECLARATION of Independence," sits down with Professor David Clements, a leading voice for stopping the use of election machines and returning to paper ballots.
Professor Clements was fired from his teaching position at New Mexico State University for his bold stance against their masking and vaccine mandates. He has been featured on "Tucker Carlson Tonight," and many other programs.
Professor Clements is currently on a nationwide mission to restore trust in our elections.

As long as in-person voting includes marking a paper ballot that is then electronically scanned and retained for manual recount, machine cheating isn't really a problem.
If in-person voting is exclusively by touch screen, then YES machine cheating is a huge problem.
That is true, but in the end it’s not the machines, it’s the people running the machines, that’s the issue.
Like I said earlier, the machines could be 100% accurate, if you keep stuffing illegal ballots into them, what is the result.
Peter Navarro has repeated said on the War Room, it’s not the count that matters, it’s the canvass that counts. The canvass is the people gathering votes and running them thru the machines.
Florida uses machines and their over 7 million votes were counted and a victor called before midnight with virtually no complaints.
“The word is county, NOT country.”
I saw that but the citizens continue to blame congress for not doing anything about it whether they can or not...and they can’t by Constitutional law. We both understand that but it just appears that all of the feedback for the Jan 6 screwup is being levied on congress and parts of it like Pence and McConnell. They are screwups in my mind but not on this topic. And that’s the disturbing part to me. That doesn’t make any sense as they couldn’t do a thing to change it. Not in their job description. So I aimed my retort at the uneducated and not necessarily at you.

I thoroughly agree, all aspects of the Vote must be made honest. There has to be a way to create case law for this to be done.
My point is, the machines are not inherently bad, it’s the people running the machines that are bad, like I said before, the machines could be 100% accurate and flawless in their counting of votes, but if you put enough fake ballots thru the machines via harvesting, mail in, and other forms of voter fraud, it doesn’t matter if the machines are perfect.
I hope so. Thanks
Hmmm. I don’t know if they had the authority or not. In any case, I appreciate your comments. Let’s do what we can to fix this country. And fixing elections and other issues at the county level makes a great deal of sense. It’s small enough to handle, and small enough to change.
Agreed.
Sounds good to me.
“It’s small enough to handle, and small enough to change.”
It always seems easy on paper. But when you consider the enormity of what happened, whether real or not, it won’t be simple.
And the hardest part is to get people to stop accepting being taken for a ride. I won’t use the words “dumbed down” for this but I can safely say that people have allowed themselves to be bought and “short changed.” And they either don’t have the time or don’t consider the desire to improvement.
I personally would love to see the public do something that I’m sad to say won’t. Voting infringement is not just for the person cheated. It is a blight on everyone. This country was christened as a place where everyone had the chance to be better than what their predecessors were. Many things have been accomplished here because people believed in the ideology that success was many parts, to include failure or success. And those two things are really just alike in the overall existence of anything. But when one becomes more overbearing, and in minds, the only way to accomplish life, then everything is a failure.
Turning this land into a third world country, allowing outside ideals to take control, and assisting those ideals with our successes to the point of failure for the wrong reasons is our downfall. Our successes are our strong points and they are being hammered into non-existence and lied into disrupting facts, to overcome their real worth, the ability of the US to make a better life for everyone that wants to have it. But they’ve got to earn it. And that need has been taken away with pipe dreams.
Change? Not as long as herd immunity is accepted. And it, in reality, doesn’t work...never has.
