Seriously, the last I’ve seen Moscow hazard an opinion they said it was done by “the Anglo-Saxons”. In that, IMHO, they were half right. I’m guessing the Brits said “don’t involve us” because the American intelligence plane that flew from CONUS to the Baltic Sea at the time of the explosion STUDIOUSLY AVOIDED landing in the UK for refueling on either leg of that long trip. But this is just me reading the tea leafs.
