Law enforcement agencies are preparing for a possible Trump indictment as early as next week.
Earlier this year the Manhattan District Attorney’s office revived its criminal investigation into Trump’s ‘hush payments’ to porn star Stephanie Clifford, AKA, Stormy Daniels.
Trump has been accused of paying Daniels ‘hush payments’ in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.
President Trump didn’t testify to the Manhattan grand jury this week.
Trump’s lawyer Joe Tacopina blasted the prosecutors in the Stormy case earlier this week.
“It’s not what we do. This is not what we do. We are distorting laws to try and bag President Trump. I don’t know if it’s because he’s leading in the polls,” Trump’s lawyer Joe Tacopina said on Good Morning America. “I don’t know what it is, but this prosecutor and this prosecutor’s office has made an agenda. They have scoured his personal life and business life for seven years to try to find something.”

The Stormy Daniels thing might be a tawdry affair, however, is there anything illegal here? Are non disclosure agreements illegal in any way?
I sure would like to know, what laws were broken. They didn’t break laws when they had their sex activity. If they didn’t break laws by having a non disclosure agreement, then what law is alleged to have been violated?
For 7 yrs of hell this is what the left is latching on to, the fact that a check was written to a whore..is that it..I mean honestly..I can understand if it was something serious like he gave classified docs to Iran or something, something horrendous..but a CHECK, a CHECK to a skank..even if true, yeah he did not want her to go to the media, which honestly is stupid, he would have won anyway even if she had gone to the press, so the check was written for nothing, he would have won the election anyway..so what is this supposedly, a campaign finance violation, Ok, pay the fine and move on..AOC has committed finance violations repeatedly I dont see her going to the pokey
Can someone explain to me exactly what crime Trump will be indicted for? Did he use campaign funds or public funds to pay Stormy Daniels? Or did he use his own money?

Yeah, he had a nda with her which she broke. That is public knowledge now. What exactly is the big secret or the illegality of it?
He already said many times he didn’t cheat with her, unless he said differently lately.
The prosecutors (persecutors?) claim that he paid Miss "Daniels" using campaign funds, which they allege is some sort of campaign finance law violation.
Smells a bit like barnyard stuff, to me.

Indictment for what? They never say. Which laws have been broken? None.
It may not go the way they think it will. And if they put him in handcuffs, or physically arrest him,… I wouldn’t want to stand anywhere near the people.

If I’m not mistaken it was campaign funds. The law he broke would be the lowest level felony you can be charged with. Any lower it’d be a misdemeanor. It will only take a single indictment for their media whores to convince them that not only is he Hitler, he is DISQUALIFED from running for, let alone holding that office again.

What about Ill Hand Omar? She lied to Immigration to get into the country, married her brother, and has not paid her taxes. She has also accepted money from organizations linked to terrorism. Yet she walks around free to spread more hate and pass on U.S. secrets to enemies.

$150,000 ( or near that amount ) was what Trump paid Stormy Daniels to keep quiet. I can’t believe with his wealth, he doesn’t have that chump change to pay her and had to use campaign funds.
Has the prosecution proven it beyond reasonable doubt?
