I doubt it will work the way Trump wants.The Secret Service will not permit Trump to be handcuffed, whether he demands it or not.
They're tasked with protecting the president, whether from borderline retarded state prosecutors like Alvin Bragg or from megalomaniac showmen like Donald Trump himself.

Or, maybe he'd rather not get arrested at all, and decided to use a little reverse psychology. So far it seems to be working.
