Likely not pilot error. They were following the checklist for the situation they were in. In fact it may have been pilot skill to recover from the situation they were in.My son went to USAF pilot training. For stall recovery, they pounded 3 words into their heads. Max-relax-roll. He said every single time he flew the aircraft, they practiced it, along with other emergency procedures. đź‘Ť

I can’t find the article—but I read that the cover to protect part of the airplane was not removed prior to takeoff and that is what made the plane unstable.
The “do you know who I am” types have no need for seat belts, of course!
