Does anybody know about the "International Kamaz" vehicles mentioned in the article.

Who made them and where?

Pictures?

Were they US military?

If not made in the USA, are any in the USA?

Was the US company, International, licensed to sell or make them?

Have any been sold surplus in the USA?

Or is the author, as per normal for "journalists" wrong and there is no such thing as an "International Kamaz"?
