The DOD recently released a report on preventing soldier suicide. One of the suggestions was to disarm them. Raising the age to 25., etc

It starts long before required training in the military. It starts in schools and homes across the USA. Young people are no longer patriotic or feel like the USA is a good nation.
Then the ones that make it thru school OK see the military is full of DIE, many just walk away.
Instead of an enlistment bonus the military will now offer to remove your genitals for free!
DEI might play a minor role but the recruiting collapse is more about the fact that kids in their teens and early 20s don’t want to do that stuff anymore. They don’t want to be cops, fireman, plumbers, carpenters, etc etc. They watch too much Instagram and TikTok and listen to all the “influencers”.

20 years of not paying attention, giving liberals and radical left complete control of the education system...this is what we get.

Neither have I. I’m not sure with the lack of understanding and fear diversity presents to people how they wouldn’t fear each other and not be able to create an understanding and thus a working relationship And who’s to say one way or the other on anything is correct.
Diversity is the recognition of human differences, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, social class, physical ability or attributes, religious or ethical values system, national origin, and political beliefs.
It has been fostered as a positive thing by the government when it has displayed tendencies to be negative and cause further diversity in the trenches. And just because the government says it is a good thing, doesn’t always make it so.
I believe it was Reagan that said, “I think you all know that I’ve always felt the nine most terrifying words in the English language are: I’m from the Government, and I’m here to help.”

Yes. Release our military forces from the sideshow! It costs money to coerce them into putting the weirdos in admin showcases for pretending to say nothing of soiling reputations of real servicemen and women.
