Liberal Harvard Law Professor, Alan Dershowitz just says it clearly to Sean Hannity – “There is no way Donald Trump can get a fair trial in Manhattan.” Dershowitz said again and again – “The Rule of Law does not apply to Donald Trump.” The hatred for Trump is so great, the Left has convinced itself any and all means to destroy him is fair game. Dershowitz is a man of the Left. He is a Democrat. But he has experienced persecution himself for representing Trump during his Impeachment Trial. He knows whereof he speaks. . . .

Also no way Trump gets a fair pretrial hearing of his motions to dismiss this case on so many different grounds from this Manhattan judge.

President Trump, as well as other Republicans charged in Democrat jurisdictions, should get to choose the venue for their trials.
He’s probably right, but just think about what that says about New York. It is a thoroughly corrupted government and “justice” system. It’s despotic.
His lawyers need to request a change of venue. The same bastards trying to lynch him if he can’t prove himself innocent are the same turd rollers who conned the Indians out of Manhattan Island for a handful of beads. A crooked racist latino Judgey Wudgey, a lawyer with a head like one of Tom Brady’s footballs except with a lot less air in it. There is no way President Trump is going to get a fair trial.
Like Chicago and other major US cities, NYC has a long reputation for corruption.

My fear would be him being “Shot while trying to escape.” It is the Democrat way!
Dershowitz is correct, DJT can’t get a fair trial in NYC. But it doesn’t make any difference. Even if he is convicted and then the conviction(s) are overturned on appeal (which is very likely), it still fits the Democrat calendar.
With the Republican nomination about fifteen or sixteen months out, were likely to see the investigations drawn out long enough for the Republican base select DJT as the Republican nominee.
So we are probably going to see the indictments for the Jan 6 crap and the classified documents crap right around September (or October surprise) of next year. Just in time to convince enough of the ignorant voters that they shouldn’t vote for a nominee under indictment for violating all sorts of federal laws.
And somewhere in this timeline Hillary Clinton will end up being the Democrat nominee.
