First case would be to disarm.

Read carefully, the court is to decide International disputes, not domestic matters. I’m too old to ever want another war. Despite the obvious risks of such a court, war itself is worse than most things.

Domestic matters, hell no. International dispute, maybe. War is becoming too risky for human survival.
