Biden could easily have roots in England and Ireland.
The character of Robin Hood was portrayed by many different actors - Wiki lists 30. Biden could be related to any of them. While there may not be direct historical evidence available in the mainstream, a possibility exists that the Robin Hood character could have been based on a real person. In either case, that knowledge will never be available to the public.
People of Biden’s generation likely think of Errol Flynn as Robin Hood. Flynn was Australian, but that name is Irish. Errol Flynn having roots in England and Ireland is plausible.
