Agreed. The so-called sexual revolution is actually a first world upperclass luxury. It destroys marriages, families and destabilizes cultures. The comfortable upperclass in first world countries latched on to the “freedom” and, to protect their own privileges, encouraged amorality to all. In such comfortable situations, broken marriages, disrupted parental rights and consequent financial stress is not optimal but survivable, what with daycare, supermarkets, social mobility, public education and welfare programs. That is not the case with nations who don’t have that kind of safety net. Sexual libertinism is a one-way trip to poverty, isolation, permanent underclass membership and depression in those countries. We should stop trying to culturally colonize other nations who know better the consequences of our silliness and greed.
