This currency was originally named UCC when it was at the primary market inception. There have been many high level conferences in NY recently to coordinate the initial roll out.
Of course the participants in this scheme all were able to buy into the coins at a very low rate, expecting a huge price increase once it is sold on the secondary markets and exchanges.
I have talked with several participants before, during, and after these conferences, but now that it’s official I can say something.
Some of the financial backers include the normal list of miscreants - Apple, Microsoft, Alibaba, Amazon. Yes, the Chinese are on board.
