The Southern Baptist Convention is currently pushing Governor Bill Lee (TN) to enact ‘red flag’ laws, in a state that does not want them. Once again, the ‘Christian/conservatives’ compromising with the left. Personally, I didn’t vote for Lee. Most Republicans did.

I'm glad to hear that and hope is was sincere, and not just because so many, like myself, have shunned him ever since his Cheeto antic.
It was a shame, because I had been a fan of his tv show, and had gone to his highly endorsed 2009 national Tea Party and his wonderful "Restoring Honor" gathering in 2010 at the Lincoln Memorial, both well before Trump ran.
