An update to the LinkedIn employment service allows recruiters to filter job candidates by race.
The move was made in the name of diversity, reports The Daily Wire.
Users now have the option to “allow demographic information to be used in LinkedIn recruiting features to help recruiters find a more “diverse group of qualified candidates.”
Specifically, a user can highlight their race, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation to help them land a job.

A pathetic step backwards.
The only way to solve the problem of racism is for everyone to stop focusing on rave.

Stop doing business with evil companies.
I stopped using LinkedIn long ago.
Ditto for Google Search.

Well I hope that puts the site out of business along with the PUTZ of a CEO.

“OK, HR, I need some diversity to achieve the highest possible performance in our department. Find me some black, homo trannies, stat! Don’t bother looking at academic records or accomplishments and track record!”
Said nobody ever.

Interesting how the 14th amendment is no longer useful in creating equality

Google and Facebook are undertaking a concerted effort to replace all white male technical workers in the United States with lowered paid Indian slaves. It is a modern form of colonialism. And google has censored this fact, that is why you do not know this is happening. The American government is helping them do this.

Bad idea. Creates an electronic trail. Too many chances to exclude someone with more points. Or at least enough points to sue.

It seems as if there should be some angle of this that could reach the USSC.

So did I. At times, recruiters were perplexed that I didn't have one. I just told them that Microsoft bought them and took the company in a dark direction. The Indian recruiters still didn't get it. I doubt it made a difference.

So in the name of diversity, we will enable racist sorting.

Microsoft owns LinkedIn.
Nuff said.
And real good reason not to use it in the first place.

Go to Google Images and type in the phrase “white American couple’ and see what you get for search results:
https://images.google.com/
I amazed even a single person uses Google if this is the result.
