The Indians have taken over the hiring process for tech workers in the USA. There are very few, if any, American tech recruiters. And the Indians will not place Americans. There are several “country of origin discrimination” lawsuits about ready to hit the courts. Wait for it. You must be saving a boatload of money with your Indian slaves to defend what is going on. The American people should not be forced to live with people from third world countries, that hate America, just to save you a few bucks on your payroll.
Indians have the best resumes but they are very difficult to verify. We have never successfully been able to contact a reference.
Then there is the whole caste thing
