Russian invaders in the occupied village of Kozachi Laheri, Kherson Oblast, blocked all possible ways out of the town and prohibited evacuation despite the area being flooded due to the blowing up of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant.

QUOTE: “The Russian Federation does not care about the problems of the local population in the occupied territories and is capable of any crimes and large-scale destruction.
For example, after Russian terrorists blew up the dam at the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant, residents of the village of Kozachi Laheri, who found themselves in the flood zone, could not wait for help from the occupying so-called authorities and tried to leave the partially flooded settlement on their own.
However, Russian soldiers in a state of intoxication blocked all possible ways out of the town and forbade evacuation.”
DETAILS: In addition, occupiers in the town of Hola Prystan, Kherson Oblast, are forcing the owners of two-storey houses out of their homes and settling in them themselves.
The invaders set up firing positions on the roofs of these buildings.

A family, which escaped flooding on the roof of the house after the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP) was blown up, was saved from the temporarily occupied left-bank territory of Kherson Oblast.
A woman and two children were trapped on the roof of their flooded house in the country cottage cooperative Chaiki-2, which is located near the town of Oleshky and has been in the grey zone for a long time.
The Ukrainian troops supplied them with water using a drone and then managed to save them, as reported by Hromadske media outlet.
At the moment, a mother with children is in the city of Kherson

Oleksii Danilov, Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defence Council, says that Ukraine has not yet launched a planned counteroffensive to liberate the Russian-occupied territories, and its launch will be obvious to all when it starts.

DETAILS: Thus, the Secretary of the National Security Council rejected the statements of Russian officials that the counteroffensive had already begun.
According to him, Russian officials took local Ukrainian successes in some areas of the front as the start of a larger operation.
QUOTE: “All of this is not true. Our military will decide when all this starts. When we start a counteroffensive, everyone will know about it, everyone will see it.”
REMINDER: Hanna Maliar, Ukraine’s Deputy Defence Minister, has reiterated that Ukrainian defence forces’ counteroffensive will not be announced publicly.

Last 2 days nothing— I searched maybe 5 minutes. That tells me their situation is serious and whatever resources they were devoting to their coverage has been suspended.
To me little signs like that are more telling than fancy talking heads telling lavish stories that are often spin.
