Even though what you state is true, I would not plan on it happening.

Remember right now, there is two separate indictments of Trump, the current Federal Charges and the NYC charges which are State Charges, which is going to make a big difference.

IMO, no trial judge will throw out either case, the best hope at this point is the appeals process.

Especially the Federal Charges, ultimately the Supreme Court will have to make a decision.

When the Federal Charges were announced recently Trump immediately took to social media to trash the entire process including the prosecutor. I think that could come back to haunt him.

The Federal Judge could easily issue a gag order on Trump from talking about the case and could keep him from campaigning.

It would be crazy for a judge to issue such an order, this entire process is crazy, look for it to get worse.

Gag order, possible but not probable, but no campaigning?
No way. Even the Leftist ghouls know that is too much too soon.

That is their win. They don't care if it get's thrown out in appeals. Trump's political life will have been ended. It's the new norm in DC politics - Lawfare.

Gag orders are to protect the defendant against the prosecution.

Any government gag order against a defendant is unconstitutional.
