Corrupt prosecutor Andrew Weissmann on Wednesday floated additional and more serious federal charges against Trump in New Jersey.
Jack Smith hit a roadblock and was unable to bring certain charges in DC since Mar-a-Lago is located in West Palm Beach so he empaneled a grand jury in Florida to ‘get Trump.’

Jack Smith however did not charge Trump with dissemination of the national defense information related to documents stored at his Bedminster, New Jersey golf club.
According to the indictment reviewed by this reporter, In July 2021, at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, NJ, during an audio-recorded meeting with a reporter and two staffers, Trump “showed and described a “plan of attack” that Trump said was prepared for him by the DoD and a senior military official.”
Trump allegedly said he could have declassified the document while he was president, “Now I can’t, you know, but this is “still a secret.”
Also according to the indictment, in August or September 2021, at the NJ golf club, Trump showed a rep from his PAC a “classified map related to a military operation and told the representative that he should not be showing to the representative…”
Trump never disseminated national defense information but Andrew Weissmann said Jack Smith could bring more serious charges against Trump in New Jersey.
“The legal uncertainties that surround bringing charges in Florida for dissemination of national-security secrets in Bedminster leaves open the possibility that charges might yet be brought in New Jersey—a backup plan of sorts for Smith. If Aileen Cannon, the Florida judge assigned to the case, were to seek to pocket-veto the charges before her by, say, scheduling the trial for after the 2024 presidential election, the special counsel would be able to sidestep her tactic by proceeding with charges in New Jersey.”

I’m so glad they floated this judge/jury-shopping idea, now Judge Cannon can dismiss all charges with prejudice - so they can never be brought to a Fed court again.
Jack smith is a rock star for the puke left. Heck they are selling t shirts with his name on it.
Dems are going to put President Trump in jail and nobody is going to stop them.
I wish Weissmann would have a deadly painful accident. he is corrupt and a traitor to this country and the justice system.

In that case, which resulted in the destruction of Andersen, he convinced the district judge to instruct the jury that they could convict the firm regardless of whether its employees knew they were violating the law. That ruling was later unanimously overturned by the Supreme Court in Arthur Andersen LLP v. United States, in which the court held that “the jury instructions failed to convey the requisite consciousness of wrongdoing.” However, it was a Pyrrhic victory for the company. Some 7,000 jobs were lost.

Read the indictment. It specifically lists all 31 documents in question.
Most of these people have committed treason or they would not be so pathologically determined to get Pres.Trump. This is the scream of people afraid of dying for their crimes. Nothing else explains this behavior.
