There is a nefarious group that calls itself The 65 Project that has as its goal to intimidate lawyers into not representing Trump or anyone associated with him. They have threatened to file bar charges against any such lawyers. When these threats first emerged, I wrote an op-ed offering to defend pro bono any lawyers that The 65 Project goes after. So The 65 Project immediately went after me, and contrived a charge based on a case in which I was a constitutional consultant, but designed to send a message to potential Trump lawyers: if you defend Trump or anyone associated with him, we will target you and find something to charge you with. The lawyers to whom I spoke are fully aware of this threat — and they are taking it seriously.
There may be other reasons as well for why lawyers are reluctant to defend Trump. He is not the easiest client, and he has turned against some of his previous lawyers, as some of his previous lawyers have turned against him. This will be a difficult case to defend and an unpopular one with many in the legal profession and in general population.

This article was the total opposite of what his lawyer said.
Doesn’t this fit RICO?
So why can’t he sue them?
Trump doesn’t need a big shot lawyer. He just needs the right people on a jury.
Hopefully, the government needs a unanimous verdict not some bogus majority verdict you see in state courts & civil trials.
There is a simple remedy for Trump to consider in this matter.
Firstly, it is a great deal to ask of a world-class attorney to take on a case that will almost certainly end his career.
However, Trump is in a position to make an offer to said world-class attorneys... he can pay them such a huge(yuge) amount of money for their services that they can gladly take the case. i.e. lets say.. 100 million dollars, after taxes. This constitutes Fuc# you money of the highest order.
It is insane that such a tactic would have to be employed to
secure adequate counsel... but it is what it is... and the lawfare being brought to bear on Trump constitutes treason and is an existential threat to Trump, his family , his friends, the American people and indeed all people everywhere... drastic actions are called for, there is NO OTHER WAY!
Trump simply must offer a level of remuneration to these gifted attorneys that will far exceed any amount of income they can imagine earning during the remainder of their careers. It would be instant retirement, a retirement that not only would grant them great wealth but a large amount of the most valuable thing a retired man can have... lots of TIME to enjoy their well deserved financial freedom.
If they manage to convict Trump of these nonsense charges then it may very well happen that a state in which Trump is physically present within would refuse extradition.
I have long held that refusal of extradition would lead to the breakup of our Republic into separate groups of states.
A war of politically inspired charges and counter charges between federal judiciary and the states and between the various states would result in insane rage in people used to wielding power... that rage would break up the Republic.
How is this legal?!? Isn’t there some RICO or other case to be made against David Brock and his band of cohorts? Deprivation of rights (To legal representation), or similar???
Brock needs a rude awakening.
For real.
Take two. They’re small.
EC
Same who defended Gitmo terrorists.
These endless thousands of barely literate, mostly lies never Trump posts-
are destroying DeSantis’ future and aiding Trump (currently 2/1 lowest odds yet)
Keep up the good work.
