THIS makes the Ray Epps situation inexplicable and untenable.
He is literally ON TAPE inciting a storming of the Capital. He is filmed breaching the barricades. He is seen in the Capital building. Later he lies about it.

I have no idea who this lawyer is but he clearly couldn’t convince the jury his client wasn’t even in the building? That alone should have made it not guilty. I wonder what defense he presented?

Are you kidding? Make no mistake, the communist saw an opportunity prior to J-6 when it was announced by Trump. They planned everything that took place, including sending in agents to cause disruption and coordinating the Police response, to Nancy Pelosi standing down all attempts to prevent a riot. The planting of pipe bombs and the opening of doors were all coordinated by the communist.
What you see in the DC court system now is the finishing touches to their plan. The next step is to charge and convict President Trump with sedition on J-6 and thereby keep him off the ballot.
And what is our Republican Congress doing now?
Well, hopefully when it comes to that point that YOU need to be in… there will still be a nation standing!
