It is perhaps not the worst thing in the world to bias our admiration to those who share one's cultural or ancestral roots, but it is far better to expand such admiration to all of God's children.

In our current times there are those on the Left that have an extreme bias against "whites", just as in past times the Left had an extreme bias against "blacks" and others. In the wake of such bias it seems more reasonable to push back for the sake of individuals who might feel belittle by the Left's prejudice and try to take a bit of "pride" in their heritage. However, the Left is always ready to cultivate such a reaction into something unhealthy and even a prejudice going the other way.

In summary having such "pride" may not be the worse thing but it is not the best. The worst is what the Left is doing to us.

Even though my government wants desperately to classify me as a White Caucasian (for political purposes), I now list myself as colored, because I do have many colors. Black and blue, red at times, yellow at times, brown at certain bathroom breaks, grey, etc. I am full of colors. Everyone is, except if they are albino, and then they are colored if you look close enough.

So where does ‘white pride’ fit in?

There are at least three and maybe more terms of ‘white (insert chosen word)’ that are used interchangeably but are really very different and should not be conflated. These are: 1) white supremacy, 2) white nationalism, and 3) white exceptionalism.

‘White supremacy’ is intended to be divisive but really is really not restricted to any race because every person on this planet at some level believes that they are superior to the person next to them.

‘White nationalism’ is simply on a par with ‘other nationalism’s so is thereby nothing unique. Most people, regardless of race feel their country is better than their neighboring country.

It is number three, ‘White exceptionalism’ that cannot be denied. ‘White exceptionalism’ is the primary reason for our society today. From the light bulb invented by Edison (and improved by a black guy) to the cell phone also invented by white folks. Almost everything the world uses on a daily basis was invented by a ‘white guy’. Even the numeric zero was invented by a Hindu guy. (In general Hindus are considered to be racially caucasian.) There are probably a few exceptions but I cannot think of any at this moment (the wheel?).

It’s absurd to celebrate white pride, or to be prideful about anything. Pride is a sin after all. People need to focus on doing things that actually produce. Men need to cut identity crap and build something. Women need to cut the identity crap, produce children and nurture their families. Nothing needs to be said, just do it. No parades or celebrations for the expected. This applies to everyone regardless of race, sex, etc.

America started falling apart with feminism, the original identity politics. Men were weak and caved to women’s demands. After years of this crap, being a real man is called toxic and masculinity is aggressively discouraged. Then you have an increasing portion of boys denying their gender so they can be victims too. Little girls are taught that promiscuity is equality. Who wants anything to do with a slut? That includes girls. When they want to destroy another girl’s reputation they accuse her of being a slut.

There was a time when people didn’t focus or waste any time on their identity. They lived their lives and without thinking performed the roles that humans have had for millennia. Do you really think our Founding Fathers woke up each morning and said, “I’m white and proud. Let’s celebrate”? No, they were too busy trying to make a better nation.
