Wow! Brave MSNBC legal analyst Danny Cevallos is at it again, speaking uncomfortable truths on the liberal network.
Back in 2019, we noted Cevallos saying that Roe was ripe to be overturned because "the right to privacy does not exist." His truthful take undoubtedly caused much gnashing of teeth at MSNBC and across the liberal media.
On today's Morning Joe, Cevallos described the sweetheart plea deal federal prosecutors have offered Hunter Biden on gun charges as "a gift from heaven" for him.

I seriously wonder how long Cevallos can remain at MSNBC after having said Roe should be overturned, and now saying that no one gets deals like the one Hunter got.

Reminds me of the original Miami Vice episode wherein the drug dealer was brought before judge and released in own recog because of a deal with the prosecutors. Only thing, he made no deal and was astonished and forced to cooperate.

I saw on Twitter a legal analyst just outside court are claiming inside info - and they said the DoJ lawyer didn’t deny an informal agreement to let some charges toll in October with the Statute of Limitations.
All they have to do is request the judge to Suspend the statute of limitations as DoJ Prosecutors did in the Russian Get Trump Op. They had a secret, non-public Hearing and a Federal Judge suspended the Statute of Limitations, making it effectively null and void.
Here, they’re going to use it again to let Hunter go.
They already waited until the largest Tax Debts by far fell off by the Statute of Limitations for their boy.

Cevallos didn’t go so far as to accuse the DOJ of corruption. But he did say that he had NEVER heard of pre-trial diversion being offered in a federal gun prosecution, and challenged anyone who disagreed to prove him wrong.
So big props to Cevallos, an MSNBC analyst, to have the stones to say this on Morning Joe. Fox News should hire the guy. He is a straight shooter.
