You can catch half a second of the credits. They cut most of it off. It's not a Trump campaign ad/video. Dilley Meme Team. Some pro Trump citizens created it. It's not something you'll ever see on tv but that matters less than it used to. It's been seen many million times on twitter.

If this is an actual ad from Trump which I don’t think it is, it’s only going to reinforce the opinions of the people who are already going to vote for him. The rigging will take place because we haven’t done an effing thing to stop it. It doesn’t matter who votes for who, the vote counters have already proven that they can pull this crap off several different times. We’ve lost the ballot box. We no longer have a voice as American citizens. Accept it. Don’t keep spreading false hope. Spread the truth. We’re headed for tyranny in the near future.
