I don’t know much of what he did after leaving the Eagles. I saw him at Oakland Coliseum during the Hotel California Tour, those were his last shows with the band as far as I know. I think that was 1976.
I thought he toured with them about a decade ago (2013).
Oh wait, he was invited but already had health issues, so never performed with them. They did remain good friends.
