Good article. Much of it posted here in the past but nice to have in one place. I'd add that the Palestine football team invited Arabs to participate but they refused. And then there's the Palestine Post, later renamed Jerusalem Post, hardly an Arab paper. And the Anglo-Palestine Bank, renamed Bank Leumi.
