Had it been just that, it would probably be giving them full citizenship like Israeli Arabs with their affirmative action (though often Jews are discriminated against, in favor of Arabs, an example, Honenu not to mention regarding land, which is why Regavim was established). But the problem is: hate incitement: in mosques which are controlled by the official PA.
