Since this J6 shamdictment is behind the documents shamdictment which isn't scheduled to start until May 20, 2024 (actually later since Jack Smith added more shamdictment charges) what is the EARLIEST this latest shamdictment could possible start? Annnnd what if the judge in the documents trial CORRECTLY pauses the trial until AFTER the 2024 election as per previous DOJ policy, what effect will that have on the scheduling of the J6 shamdictment trial?

The real reason why Smith is targeting 5 of Trump’s lawyers is that he has already stripped Trump of his attorney-client privilege, and now he wants to scare any lawyer away from defending Trump, essentially denying him the right to an attorney.
