Compare the threats Christians face today to the 60's. Being threatened with $250,000 fine for "misgendering" someone in NYC? Having your business shut down and facing huge fines for refusing to cater a "gay wedding?" Getting fired from your long-time job for similar reasons for making "unapproved" statements in private conversations?
If you haven't faced opposition yet, you aren't really in the game.
People have been getting fired for saying things contrary to the boss since the beginning of time.
“Sometimes Chicken Little is right.”
The lesson of that story is not that Chicken Little might at some point be right. The point of that story is that even if Chicken Little eventually is right, by then, nobody would listen to Chicken Little because Chicken Little had been wrong so many times before they had no credibility left.
