Very sad. DeSantis seemed to have a lot of potential. Now I’m interested in what Youngkin has to say...maybe he saw some of what we all talked about here in November, 2020, as DeSantis obviously didn’t see any of that.

Nah. DeSantis is just telling it like it is. Biden is in the White House, which means Trump lost. Trump could have fought it with the $250 million donated to him, to fight it, but spent it on PR instead.
DeSantis also knows Trump has no chance to win in 2024, because nothing has changed since 2020 when it comes to Trump. The party will reorganize at some point, either before 2024, or after.

I think this is correct.
Considering what politics is, it’s remarkable that DeSantis is so bad at it. He needed President Trump to begin with and could have kept winning down the road. I’ll still vote for him in 2028 because I am a safe Republican vote. But a lot of these other people are really pissed.
It’s the litmus test to tell who your master is — the american people, or the uni-party

Desantis said that the election fraud( which very likely occurred in 2020) has not been substantiated. That is 100% correct.
Why has it not been substantiated? Because Trump gave up on bringing appropriate court actions to substantiate it. Trump was the injured party with standing who could have brought court actions.
The ceaseless slander of Ron Desantis by Trump supporters will in no way help to elect a Republican president in 2024.
