She couldn’t be more conflicted and there isn’t a chance in hell she will recuse in this case.
<>Rats never recuse. Never.<>
She did.
It’s not about justice, fairness, or even the law.
It’s about advancing Democrap interests at and cost.
I see no recusal announcement anywhere
“It’s about loading Trump down with court, money and paper entanglements.
“Old time lawyer’s trick.”
Sounds like abuse of process to my layperson mind.
If a federal executive branch official is responsible, I think impeachment would be in order.
If a guy has 37 federal charges against him and only three would put him away for life, shouldn’t the other 34 get tossed out as a waste of a judge’s and jury’s time? Wasting the time of a judge normally impedes another arrested person’s Amendment VI right to a speedy trial.
Friend of mine was married to pretty much the highest paid lawyer in the United States.
This is what he did all the time. Overburden the person prosecuting or suing is client with a mountain of paper stuff.
Stop digging.
Because she has not recused or has?
<>she recused -on her own- from that case.<>
Have you seen my posts that she became a partner at Boies, Schiller, & Flexner LLP in 2007? That David Boies is the man who represented Al Gore in his election challenge in Florida, and Judge Chutkan joined the Boies firm two years later and eventually became partner?
Isn't it ironic that she teamed up with the man who challenged a Presidential election in court and she's now trying to jail a man for challenging a Presidential election?

Ok l will amend it. Rats rarely recuse and when they do it is so brazen it’s a guaranteed successful appeal if they don’t.
