Rep. Greg Steube Announces to File Impeachment Resolution Against Joe Biden for Bribery, Extortion, Obstruction of Justice, Fraud, Financial Involvement in Drugs and Prostitution: “We Have All the Facts and Evidence Now”

The Florida Congressman revealed his intentions to file an impeachment resolution against Joe Biden on multiple charges today, Friday.

Member of the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, Steube, revealed his intentions to file an impeachment resolution against Biden.

“[On Friday] I intend on filing impeachment resolution on Joe Biden for bribery, for extortion, obstruction of justice, fraud, financial involvement in drugs and prostitution, all of these things,” Steube said.

According to Steube, the evidence supporting these allegations includes witness testimonies, financial records, text messages, phone conversations, and the controversial laptop that has been linked to Biden’s son, Hunter. He emphasized that Republicans have been gathering this evidence since the beginning of the Congress, and he believes there’s enough to support the impeachment articles.

“We have all the facts and evidence now… They’ll be filed [today]. So we’ll do a press release with all the details, it’s pages upon pages of all the different things that we have gathered as Republicans,” he said.

“There is a litany of evidence here that there have been crimes that have been committed. And even if it was just to the family members and not Joe, that’s still a crime. If my wife was getting millions of dollars from foreign governments, you don’t think that’s bribery or extortion, and that falls in line with us. There was things that Grassley made public on the Senate side of the $5 million payment as it relates to Burisma in Ukraine. There is so much factual predicate for these articles of impeachment,” he added.

Why waste the time & effort? Impeachment probably will not pass in the House and if it does, for sure never get close to a guilty vote in Senate.

I for one want it 'on record'.
I want all the evidence out, and all the votes recorded.
Its not grandstanding, imho, if real crimes have been committed.

Or putting it more starkly: We need to see how many of those SOBs in DC say 'crime is ok, as long as its one of ours' through their vote.

Greg is a good man -- he's been my rep for a while now. Not sure what can be accomplished by impeaching Biden, though, on the simple grounds that we'd end up with the Hyena in the oval office. Six of one, half a dozen of another. Not that I would not enjoy seeing Biden & co. swing for their long list of high crimes and misdemeanors, as if that will ever happen.
