imho the reason is that he controls the entire voting democrat voting apparatus for the 2024 elections. He has raised and spent almost nothing for that campaign. Instead what he has done is to enlist the entire federal government in a democrat get out the vote campaign. Plus he ladeled several billion dollars in federal money to non profits to get out the vote for democrats.
He controls all that. He will have control of that on election day.
Nobody can kick him out. Nobody can even say hey Joe you gotta go. Take one for the team. He’s past all that.
Its his control of the voting apparatus that makes biden and the democrats complete disregard the electorate. They just don’t have any real fear of retribution at the voting booth.
Joe’s in charge until the day he decides—or his wife decides he has to go. Otherwise he’s perfectly positioned to run the same campaign in 2024 as he did in 2020. He’ll stay in the family basement. No worries. Everything is under control.
He won’t even care if 2024 election results require democrats to shut down voting in strong hold democrat cities until the vote goes their way. That worked last time. Why would it not work again. That’s the insurance policy.
