Yeah - people around the world vote themselves into socialist moon-bat guano and then usually run to America when it fails. Appears since this is happening here, Americans may find they are where we were in 1776.
However, not much of the “spirit of ‘76” these days. You know, young men - even early teenagers willing to stand for freedom.
while I do enjoy and appreciate your panache, I would caution us all about showing any sort of strong patriotic fervor.. Lots of good folks are in the can right now for doing less..

That is a good idea.
That is actually how we look at it. It also could be a “Black plague” thing. Not everybody got it. It sort of cleansed the gene pool in a way. And one piece of evidence that arguably supports that is that there was another outbreak at the turn of the 20th century of the black plague, but it was in Chinatown in San Francisco. The victims were not decendants the survivors of the European outbreak.
Comically, a pair of Karens DID try to shame me for it on the flight from Seattle to Denver. They called the flight attendant on me, maybe hoping for one of those viral videos. But I told the attendant I’ll comply and put on my mask except when eating.
I then proceded to, on almost the entire flight, eat from a bag of “costco” salted peanuts - one meticulously chewed peanut at a time. They were two rows in front of me and constantly looking back at me.
I’ll bet that couple thinks we should still be wearing masks.
