Largely nonsense. The DoD budget + aid for Ukraine are about 1/4 of total expenditures. It’ the rest of the spending that’s bankrupting the US. And defense spending is, in fact, one of the few areas of spending actually authorized by the Constitution as a Federal responsibility.
