The enemies of freedom have the First Amendment and every other Amendment following in their collective crosshairs and are zeroing in their focus on all who stand against them.
I agree with you in general, but in this particular case the guy can’t really complain much. He pleaded guilty, so he gave up his options to fight a principled battle.
