The aluminum stuff is not tin, and does not work.

Oh man, thank you. You are a lifesaver. I have been using aluminum for years and cannot get the voices out of my head. I have some billets of tin. Do you recomment rolling it into sheets or pounding it? How thick should I make it? Does it provide more protection if it is thicker? Does anyone have a youtube for the DIYer?

Grind it to powder and drink it.

Then if there is still a problem, smear youar tin infused poop onto things, like maybe your hat.

Or sell the poop in e-bay as a hat additive.

Tin cans have a thin tin coating on the steel.

Cut them up, fasten the sheets together (solder maybe, it has tin).

Good to go.
