Since they didn't have surveillance and face recognition back then, I think we need to arrest them all, throw them in the D.C. jail and take years to sort this out trying to figure who had ancestors that could have possibly been involved. After that, we will see how many of them had association with John Wilkes Booth that could have possibly taken part in the plan of Abraham Lincoln's assassination plot.
