60 Minutes reported not only does Biden pay for

<><>pensions, and salaries for health care and education officials, and other “humanitarian needs,
<><>salaries, pensions and “associated expenses” of the massive Ukrainian govt,
<><>and $$$ aid to Ukranian small businesses including helping them find foreign markets.
That adds up to a niggling $2 billion per month as Congress debates sending Ukraine another $24 billion.
