I remember back about 1968 or 1969 reading about an “updated” Constitution for the US. In ESQUIRE Magazine. All I remember is that the President was replaced with “Mr Chairman” and there was (as usual) NO 2nd Amendment.
Remember, all attempts to replace the US Constitution are just ploys to work around the amendments that are limitations on Congress so they can abolish Free Speech, Religion and get at your guns.
They want a Hitler-like “Enabling Act”.
Best way to get it, is a war.
